Writing Sample Help !

Hi, I'm currently scoring 29-31s on Mcat practice tests with 11-12 on sciences and 7-8 on verbal..... My test is in a few days and I've given my all on verbal but it was to no avail. I put little attention on the writing sample and have very little research and I'm freaking out now. I get the format and how to write it but lack examples..

Can someone please give some ideas of past or current historical examples that can be used on a wide variety of Mcat writing prompts?

You can use examples from your life or from current or recently current events. It's easier to use examples you know about rather than trying to make up some fluff. The writing section is (as far as I know) just a test of being able to put together a few ideas in a coherent manner.

Hmm I see. The problem is I've been doing research in a lab the past 4 months and mostly studying sciences when I had time off so I haven't really had a life outside that and haven't watched the news or anything...

That being said, is there any historical or current event examples I can use that can be used virtually on all or most writing sample prompts? If not give me a few ideas that are good please.
