Writing Score of X

So I was looking thru this http://www.aacom.org/data/applicantsmatriculants/Documents/2010Matriculantsummary.pdf, and here also http://www.aacom.org/data/applicantsmatriculants/Documents/2011-Applicants.pdf, and saw the distribution of writing scores on page 6.

Um, how does one get a score of X on the writing sample? I thought it only went to T??!?!??😕😕😕

it does, it means they probably didn't do their essays is my guess...or for whatever reason their essays didn't get scored

"Responses that are blank, illegible, written in a language other than English, or that consist entirely of an obvious attempt to ignore the purpose of the Writing Sample (such as a drawing) cannot be scored. If either of the two responses cannot be scored, the reported Writing Sample score is an "X" for "Not Ratable."
