I'm just curious how the DAT is administered. Do you write the DAT in sections with breaks after each section or are you free to go to any section at any point during the test with random break/s throughout the time period??How many breaks do you get?? Just curious because I'm quick at the sciences section but slower at the PAT section.

Natural sciences (bio, chem and ochem) : 90 mins
PAT: 60 mins
Optional Break: 15 mins
Reading comp : 60 mins
Math: 45 mins

No random breaks, and cant skip sections and go back to them. If you in natural sciences, you can go back and forth within bio, chem and ochem, but not from the sciences to PAT or Math... hope this helps and correct me if im wrong please....

D.D.S couldn't have said it any better, just keep on taking practice tests til you get up to speed for the PAT. It's really the only way to prepare for it
