For those who have taken the written boards already, if you had to put the following question resources in the order in which you felt best prepared you for the test, which one(s) helped you to prepare the best?

a) ACE questions
b) Chu question book
c) Hall question book
d) Medtext questions
e) Old released board questions w/ no explanations

I thought Hall was the best, then ACE followed by Chu. Can't comment on the others.
