Hey guys so I'm having somewhat of a unique problem with my contact info for a particular activity . I did a sort of clinical research internship this year, where we were checking the effects of a dietary supplement. The thing is the internship was through a company which pretty much manages clinical trials, and that company has gone under since the internship ended. The number I gave is no longer functional and the domain name for the email is not functional as well. I don't know other contact information for this activity other than the PI for the study who I didn't really speak to much and doesn't keep records of when I was on-site or what I was doing. Suggestions? Do I just leave it alone or do I call attention to it?

Leave it alone. If staffers try to reach the Contact unsuccessfully, they will get in touch with you for more information. So save any alternative proof of participation you have, like old emails you received, schedules, etc.

Agree with above. No one is likely to contact your contact.
