Your posts have demonstrated your sensitivity to a series of minor errors or mistakes that you think are going to doom your application. I don't think it's a good idea to contact schools to point out your flaws. You need to work on your detail-orientation; these mistakes are minor, but don't give anyone the impression that this is more a habit. Dentists do NOT like students who consistently remain sloppy with detail. You cannot survive as a dentist if you remain sloppy with detail either. For the safety of your future patients, fix this.
