Hey everyone. I wrote the MCAT in 2014 (the old version that was just gen chem, organic, physics, bio, and verbal reasoning) and successfully got into medicine. I had taken a very comprehensive study guide from these forums I believe which allowed me to sync a pre-made 3-month calendar to my Google Calendar so I knew exactly what to study/practice each day. I remember reading Berkeley Review (?nearly) entirely and supplementing with Exam Krackers, then doing lots of practice tests, etc. My younger sibling is now looking to tackle the MCAT and is asking for my help, but I feel pretty useless as I know there is/are new sections(s), the scoring system is completely different, etc. I was wondering what people may suggest for me/us to look into, what resources are available, if there is a similar calendar, and anything at all that would help us out. If it's of any relevance, we are in Canada and have some basic science courses in university (I did my BSc. in Pharmacy, my sibling is doing the entry-level PharmD, but the general science background is the same).

Here's a sample study schedule:

Khan Academy has some great videos and MCAT passages for prep.

AAMC offers a bunch of online materials that are considered the gold standard for MCAT prep, which I would highly recommend. Berkeley Review, Kaplan, and ExamKrackers are all great review books, and it would be worth purchasing a set of one of them if your sibling needs some content review.
