W's on your transcripts~

HI,

Did any of you have a bad start at your first years of college like I did? I have a lot of W's (withdrawals) on my transcripts. I'm dong good now and my gpa so far is above 3.7 right now. I am doing very well in my sciences. My first 3 semesters is mostly Ws.

Do W's look very bad to the dental schools for admissions?

I'd appreciate your thoughts..TANX=)

i had two w's when i finally got my degree. it took 7 years but i did. i got into usc, bu, tufts, and nyu. i don't think you'll have a hard time, especially with a 3.7. DAT matters so if you do well on the them you should be golden. don't worry. i was freaking out especially since west coast schools tend to send out acceptances really really late in the year, but it panned out. honestly i don't know what admissions committee 'think' about w's but i don't think it hurt me.
