WTF is this

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
The pharmacist's actions were very shady if you read the whole article. And does anyone know how I can get his job after he's fired? Is the job market good in West Virginia, doesn't seem like anyone would want to live there?

My favorite line: "During the search of the premises, police alleged that the defendant lied to officers, stating that no paper copies of prescriptions were stored in the office." LOL

He filled a controlled rx without a legit rx.

He had several charges. Obstructing an officer was one and that alone can merit jail time. It looks like he was forging false scripts as well. This isn't a case of a pharmacist filling one prescription that was fraudulent in good faith thinking it was legit. It looks like he actually made the fraudulent script on more than one occasion, obstructed an officer and dispensed controls knowing there was no authorization. I'd say that merits jail time.
