I'm going with B as well. The way I'm seeing it, the center rectangle in the top view is a hole, and the rectangle to the right of that is a half ledge extending from the bottom to middle height. There wouldn't be an extra dashed line like there is in C.

Okay, I see it now. I made it more difficult than it's supposed to be. It must be the anxiety build up as my DAT exam is approaching.
