So apparently a pass in a p/np class is calculated as a 2.0?
I didn't know that D:
I HAVE to take some classes p/np because that's the only way they're offered
I hate the idea of basically being guaranteed a C :(

thank god my labs/research isn't p/np :scared:

do they really count a P as a C?

Dude I'm screwed if thats the case. We have to take a certain number of credits as pass/fail.

Maybe your school does, but AMCAS doesn't.

If your transcript says "P" then it will have no impact on your AMCAS GPA.

yeah don't worry about it - i had plenty of p/np classes (research for credit) and it doesn't factor into your GPA at all on AMCAS.
