I am applying WVU too. 👍 I am from NJ, and i did not receive anything from them. I applied early. My stat. is 3.2 (undergraduate Math major) and 3.55(Post Bac, Biology) and 19/20/20. I really don't understand what's going on there?😕 Needs help whether i can get an interview there or not😍

did you get a secondary and if so when did you send it bacK?

I sent my secondary back about 3 weeks ago..I haven't heard since.

I did call them last week and they just said, it's in review..is there anything else I can do?



It's like that at every school..I call and they said it's still in review.

Having only one interview at this point is very scary

i would call each school that is giving you that response every couple of weeks and make sure to try and find out how long applications are usually "in review" before a decision is made. some schools won't give you an answer or the admin. ppl won't know, but some schools might be able to give you a general timeline for how long it takes for a decision to extend an interview invite.

I wouldn't worry about only having 1 interview at this point. I've only had 1 so far, but have another in a few weeks. Anyway, I was talking to the admissions guy from Tennessee and he said that by December 1st they only have about 10 of their seats filled. Plus, I have talked to several people that had interviews at private schools in February and March last year and were accepted. Just don't worry....and be patient.

well i called and the lady said the next interview (second event) is in december and they have already filled up spots for that. The third interview event will be sometime during mid-jan but no date has been reserved yet. all I was told was that I still have a chance but but I won't find out until early jan.

for some reason I thought there was a november event and the december one was the third one..am I missing something?

Why do you mean by out-of-state students w/ ties to the state. the school just emailed me the supplemental application. I am out of state and i have no one living in WV. Should i send my application or not?

ties mean: family currently living in or born in WV, were you born in WV and now live elsewhere, did your parents go to WVU, that sort of thing.
