In case anyone is interested, looks like WVU sent out a batch of supplemental applications on Nov. 30 and want it back (plus 50 bucks) in two weeks.

Yeah I got my supplemental in october and hand delivered it the next day and I am still waiting to hear from them. They also took 3 weeks to cash my check.😕
