So has anyone received anything recently other than the "we're still reviewing you, please stop bothering us" email?

Edited to add that I'm not sure why my thread title got all goofy with my caps...

I got an email saying they recieved my application and if they were reviewing. Then I recieved their supplemental application in the mail. Filled that out turned it and another $50 in to them and now I am waiting.
How long ago did they get your application and are you an in state student?

I'm one of the lowly out-of-staters. They let me know they had received all my application materials in mid-August, but no supplemental here as of yet.

all i know is there was an interview on October 13...and there are two more interview dates scheduled thus far...November 17th and December 15th.

do you know if those dates are full yet?

i haven't heard anything either. a kid from my school got in there last year (yup, outta state), and he didn't get an interview until.......february? all i know is it was later than most other interviews.

do they just give in-state kids interviews first?

Maybe we should email them and let them know that the class of 2012 will be starting soon and they should start doing something about it.

My in-state school requires a deposit from those accepted Dec. 1 by January 4. All I have to say about that is, "Argh."

Well I am in state and both times I have interviewed in February.
Can I ask why you want to go to WVU? Even over your state school? Do you have any ties to WVU or the state of WV?

WV is somewhere my family would like to live and settle permanently.

At my interview on October 13th I received a Facts, Figures and Trends sheet. WVU accepted 32 state residents and 19 out of state residents last year. Of the 19, 9 of the non-residents had state ties and there was one KDP (Kuwait Dental Program) student.

Also, you should check out predents.com They have in fact been interviewing out of state students. There was one out of state student at my interview. And there are a few listed for the other upcoming interviews on predents.com
