I'm usually out between work hours, but I try to check in during lunchtime...

🙁 about Nutmeg, but his game did seem off, I was gonna vote for him until I saw the cycle ended this afternoon LoL

mods - last PM I sent to you was if I could pass on the bomb, you said yes, I said how? and I got no response..? I wanna pass the bomb to someone else:scared: (I'm a terrible person😳)
 
So you guys. I was hypnotized and made to post exactly what I did, and no more.

In turn, I would be pretty suspicious of the other people with a 'hunch'... mine was not a hunch. It was forced.
 
ps - it is not the case that I'm under any kind of gas - I just :scared: when the mods told me I was in jail AND had a Ticking bomb..and a coin...all on 1 night? craziness..

ok apparently you can choose who to pass the bomb onto, and I asked the mods to randomly select a person, so even I don't know who it is. hope it lands on a wolf:meanie::xf:

a lot more eventful than me. I haven't had a whiff of an item or anything eventful so far. not sure how obtaining these items works. tried to ask my group, but EngrSC is a fellow newbie and KakuruBird doesn't respond....so...

Items are distributed by the mods, usually randomly. Items can also be passed from player to player in this game.
 
The night was yet another dark night for Gotham City. Sensing the dread, many citizens across the city locked themselves behind closed doors.

But not all of them. In the theater district, theatergoers witnessed Lissarae suddenly scream, break a window, grab a very, very large shard of glass, and bury it in her own eye. Though paramedics arrived quickly, they were unable to save her. Vague eyewitness reports mention somebody in a top hat strolling away from the scene.

The high-pitched whistling of an object flying by caught the attention of workers at the Gotham Gazette.

In spite of the violence, the bat signal remained dark. Though, the Batmobile was again spotted screaming through the streets. This time, it flew toward the library; almost as if its occupant was desperate to study for a midterm exam and needed a quiet place to go.

Citing a 'lack of evidence', police released That70sShow and Wolfspeaker from jail. But, led by a detachment of SWAT officers, police picked up EquineConstant and unceremoniously heaved her into a cell. Her request for a phone call was denied.

😡 I'm going to quit playing these freaking games because I keep getting killed early. No fun. At least I had a cool death. I would argue however, that I could probably survive glass to the eye. A little enucleation and I would be just fine!

Yes, my lack of involvement on the thread is my newbie-ness. I'm beginning to catch on but I'm not sure if I can provide any useful information *sigh*

Now that I've got that taken care of, kaydubs is a WOLF! 😡 😡

I've got lots of confessions to make and I hope you all believe me. I am the person who had the second GCPD badge. I lost it last night after I successfully investigated kaydubs, so hopefully it's gone on to good hands 👍 All this time, I've wanted to prove that it's real, but I still had it so I couldn't say anything. Now that I'm back to being a boring, normal villager, I've got no reason not to talk about it and share all that I know. If I get lynched, guess you all will see I wasn't lying, and if the wolves kill me, they killed a person without the badge who has orientation coming up on Wednesday anyway 🙂

Anyway, I've had the badge since day one. On the first night, I chose to investigate krist. I was going to investigate someone in my group anyway so I could pm at least one person in confidence, but after her mayor win, I knew she'd be a good first choice. The results came back that she really cared about Gotham City.

The next night I decided to investigate Wolfspeaker based on her resurrection, and it'd be convenient to have another person to PM if she was good. This time I found out that she wasn't associating with wolves, and since then I've been PMing with her behind the scenes and she asked me to tell you all that she couldn't post.

On night three, I decided to investigate cuit to see if she was lying about the second badge. I knew that I had a badge, but I couldn't be positive that she wasn't pulling something wolfy to discredit whoever really had the badge. The results came back that she was cleared!

Finally, on night four, I decided to investigate kaydubs. I was still slightly suspicious about her being tied up and kakuru seeing a caped person pursuing her, when none of that has been done for other people thrown in jail. I just got the results before typing this, and I found out that she is not to be trusted, she's been smoothly lying to us, and that when she tells us she's good she's DEFINITELY lying.

The reason I'm being a little more forthcoming than a normal person might usually be about all of this is that (1.) I want you all to believe me (and not think that I was hypnotized like tt), and (2.) if the wolves kill me I want all the information out in the open. The only two people who knew about me behind-the-scenes, krist and wolfspeaker, both are limited about posting on the thread, so I don't think it's likely that they'd really be able to spread the information I've gathered as effectively as I can.

Anyway, I hope you all believe me! lynch kaydubs.

You were a lot more active in the last game... you've got like 4 posts in this one and we're on day 4 (I think). So I'm not sure I buy this 'explanation.'

So you're basically saying that the two badges work differently. When I had it N1, all I got was that the player "was not evil." But I'm going to trust you on this (for now, anyway 😉).

I think the mods are putting a lot of hard work into this one, because each time it's been completely different! Not sure if yours worked the same way as mine did or not, though.
 
I can't trust anyone anymore. Need to buy a new pack of depends. SOOO SCARED. I'm going to die.

Also, I have a stack of blank ballots. Did anyone try to do anything with these yet? Wonder if it has to do with the election results being all screwy.

There aren’t any hints of Batman in this one (unlike kaydubs), but a SWAT team seems pretty overkill for someone. Not making an accusation yet, just curious. Thoughts?

Hopefully I can clear my name in the next day or 2. I was given an item and used it in a way that I hope like heck will help the city of Gotham 🙂

I was thinking about the mind control, and I've come up with a new idea: the Mad Hatter. Mind control chips are kind of his thing, so he could easily be the one who hypnotized TT. Plus, top hat. It fits.

There's no reason I can think of I would need a SWAT team, I assume it's just flavor. I did have the makeup kit last night, but I didn't disguise myself as batman or anything that might make me seem like a threat.

i had them night 1
couldn't figure out what to do with them either. i lost them the next day. i thought it may have been for lynching purposes?
