Before all I wish you all a merry x-mas!

I need your advice.. I´ll give my pdoc x-mas gift tomorrow, I also have a nice hand made postcard.. the question is: do you think it´s a good idea to give him a postcard together with the gift, I meen.. would you like to recive one? if so.. what to write on it..
