You wrote in another thread a few years back that you were thinking of doing a few DIY classes at a CC and then moving on to a formal career-changer postbacc program. I think that might be a good idea for someone like you, where you clearly need some hand-holding and personalized advice. If Boise St. is closer to you, then that's fine. I might see if they have a pre-med advisor, and if so you may want to reach out to them to get some advice for someone in your shoes.
