Barely on-topic...but I once had a patient's mom get mad at me because I said video games were okay in moderation (as opposed to being 100% eeeviiiiillllll)....
 
One of my patients on my last clinical rotation was a 65 yo Grandmother who was fed up with her last doctor who arbitrarily Rxed PALs for her because she couldn't use her Nintendo DS anymore. She was a fan of those Brain Age games. After switching her back to lined bifocals, she became one of my happiest patients.
