Have you been taking 18-20 units before? If no, you might find yourself having a hard time doing that and getting your projected grades, especially if you add volunteering and shadowing to the mix.

I also feel that you're trying to cram everything you need. There's nothing you can do about that now, but it is something that may look apparent in your application.

Your chances for MD are bleak, but they aren't nil. I would suggest you start planning on doing an SMP if MD is your goal. If you're okay with DO, there's a lot of more talking room, but otherwise, you'll probably end up having to strengthen your application through an SMP.

With an MD goal in mind, for you, getting As is essential to redeem your GPA. Every B you earn will set back your improvement plan. IMO you are more likely to end up being competitive if you decompress your timeline and add an extra year, commit to a lower courseload each term, develop your ECs over a longer period of time, and allow for some dedicated MCAT study time for 2-3 months with no distractions.

Besides clinical experience, shadowing, and research, nonmedical community service, leadership, and teaching/tutoring/TAing/mentoring/coaching are all areas that would strengthen your application to any med school.
