o Radiopaque ? impermeable (white)
o Radiolucent ? permeable (black)

Is this correct for terminology?

Also does endodontic obturation show up as radiopaque (white)?

the endodontic obturation will show up as radio opaque.
the terms radio opaque and radio luscent are relative to the dentisy of the surrounding tissues.
eg. a lesion like squamous cell carcinoma will appear radioluscent in the bone but radio opaque int he maxillary sinus .
thus ure right that radio opaque appears white and radio luscent black but not specifically permeable or impermeable

Yes. The Gutta Percha used to obturate canals contain Zinc Oxide, which shows up nice and radiopaque on films. Ditto the sealers, which looks real cool when you can see them extruded through accessory canals on the radiographs. 😀
