Ok so I had sent in my GRE scores and Yale reported it as "incomplete".
I contacted ETS, so they sent in my scores again. The admissions office person said that if they receive a score, they would let you know my email. So it's been like a week since the scores were sent for the SECOND time, and still...nothing??

Anyone experiencing problems with GRE score reporting and Yale (all the other schools have received it)

And yes..I sent it to the right code (3975)

It's just frustrating.

Look in your SOPHAS application and see if your official GRE scores have been posted to your application AND have been mailed out as a part of your application. If they haven't, then it's a SOPHAS issue, not ETS.

If SOPHAS has mailed out your scores, give at least a week for Yale to update it and send you an email. I would call the office directly if it takes longer. They are really helpful... (and yes, I went through the same thing). My app is now complete.

I had to call SOPHAS and ask them to put my scores up. They had had them for a couple months. They entered it within the hour and I just had to let the school know they were on their way but that they can view them online.

Where did you guys send your GRE scores to SOPHAS using? I called them before and they said they didn't accept GRE scores.

Yes, its kind of a strange and backwards process. Basically, once you designate your GRE score to a public health school (using a school's GRE code) that utilizes SOPHAS, SOPHAS will gain access to your score. In other words, there is no SOPHAS GRE code (that I know of). Anyone else out there, please correct me if I am wrong or feel free to offer a better explanation 🙂 Having just applied, I designated a few schools right after I took the GRE and presto!...SOPHAS had my scores too. However, I did have to email SOPHAS to put up my scores about a week after I received my official score in the mail. Literally, I emailed them at 10pm and by 6AM the next morning they had them up. Hope this helps.

So I called SOPHAS. and within a MINUTE, the scores were up. I'm not sure why they didn't post them up without me calling (esp. since they had my scores for MONTHS now)..but oh well.

Thank you!

I remember being frustrated too. it shouldn't be our responsibility, but at least they responded quickly when we requested it. In my opinion, if they're overwhelmed, they shouldn't chose August to close. I'm sure they have their reasons, and I've tried to not to complain about it here, but it seems to only make things worse in the fall for them.

Those of us applying for the spring bombarded them with information, because we only had 6 weeks to get it all through.
