Although there has been discussion on this board about promises of new cancer centers and new facilities, this appears to be actually happening.

FYI someone asked why i edited something on the above impressions post.
It was because a proper name of a user was mentioned. it was either addressed to another user in which case "outs" who the other user is, or it was the impressions account users name which case it sort of defeats the point of the impressions account. IHOwever i couldnt ask since its a public account. so rest assured I only edited out someones name\ for privacy.
