Yale, New Haven and Cell Phones

Just hoping some current Yale students might be able to recommend cell phone plans that work well in New Haven. As I'm entertaining living in the dorm, phones with reception inside Harkness and Marigolds would be particularly helpful.

All the big names are good (Verizon, Sprint, etc)...although most people say Verizon has better reception and Sprint tends to drop calls after awhile.
As far as reception, its kinda weird...no matter what company you have, there are places in buildings (Hope, the elevators, etc) where you just can't get reception.
My recommendation is to just pick the plan that gives you the most minutes!
