Yale Online App Question

Quick Question?.
The Yale Online supp. Asks to provide them with a LIST of the most significant activities, awards, etc. So, I did just that. I gave them a list. But, the character limit is 1000 characters! I only have 300. What is this about? For those of you applying, what are you all doing?

I added small descriptions and comments to the activities and awards I listed to fill the character limit.

i emailed them about this and they said u can feel free to include brief descriptions.

oh well i just listed, i wasn't going to put anything ore than my amcas anyway. but take advantage of it if you can.
