Yale Third and Fourth Years

How do Yale's M3 and M4 compare to other schools? I have done searches and found info on Yale's curriculum in the first two years compared to other places, but haven't found much on the last two. What are advantages/disadvantages? Any YSM students, your input is appreciated. Thanks.
