Georgetown has a great program in my opinion.  They spend most of their time at Washington hospital center and see a lot of pathology there.  Call is busy as they see most of the trauma in the DC area and WHC is a burn center so they see a lot of Stevens johnsons with ocular involvement, etc.  they have a large number of hospitals that they rotate through so they get a pretty diverse experience.    It's definitely the program I'd choose in the DC area.    I don't know much about Yale.
