What do you guys think looks better to employers? A surgical degree from Yale University, or a new specialized degree from Methodist which has a specialized focus on rearfoot surgery? Does Yale have a lot of respect as a residency program or would a specialized degree from Methodist look better? This is for both an orthopedic practice or podiatry.
