YEAR of calc required

I just checked with Wash U and they DO require a year of calculus.

Is anyone aware of other schools with the same requirement? It's not at all clear from the MSAR (or even Wash U's website really) who requires a year vs. a semester.

Also, do you think I'd be considered for acceptance if I have taken only one semester, and did not list calc as a course I am taking next Fall? Honestly, if I were accepted I'd go ahead and take the class, but definitely not otherwise.

Same here.

I'll see how the applications go through fall and it looks promising, I'll take it spring semester (or even over the summer before matriculation).

Thanks for that thread, I applied to three out of the four schools requiring a year! I guess I'll go ahead with the secondary and if I actually get interviews, consider taking it in the Spring or Summer. I guess the good thing is Calc II is probably an easy class to find at a JC or local State U.
 
hey do you think AP credit is okay?
