Yearly difference between resources (BnB, Sketchy, etc.)

I have 2019 BnB and 2019 Sketchy videos. Are there going to be significant changes in one year? E.g should I purchase the 2020 version?

I was def using year outdated BnB and Sketchy bc I got those zip files/vids for free.
Even First Aid was a year old bc that was the one I had annotated during M1 year.
Only Pathoma did I pay for the text and vids (only 90$).

I might pay for AMBOSS for the qbank eventually. I do not have pathoma. Do you think it was worth it?

Yes. Pathoma is the some of the highest yield / cheapest resources, besides First Aid, which doesn't gives you vids.
