For the courses taken section. There is a "planned/in progress" section. Does that mean I need to put down what Im taking next fall and Spring?

yep. and you should send aacomas an updated transcript with fall semester grades in december so schools can see those too (especially if you did well). they'll automatically re-calculate your new gpa
