I live a little over an hour away from there. I don't know too much about the program etc but I have visited there a few times. The area isn't the greatest, but their DPT program is the cheapest in the Ohio/PA area. The curriculum from what I saw looks pretty interesting as well. I plan on applying there try to attend an open house if you can I don't believe they listed the fall dates yet though.
