US history pre-civil war. 800 students and essay tests. It was less objective than the Russian ice skating judge....
Modeling & Analysis of Biomedical Engineering Systems
interesting class, but horrid tests and problem sets. psets took a good 25 hours/wk, it's okay though, i've now blocked it from my memory (until this post...thanks OP

there isnt a class that i hate more than PHYSICS.............no matter how hard i tried to focus, my mind just just wandered somewhere else when it came to physics.........thank god, after tomorrow's final...i am through with Physics.......😀
physics the first semester (mechanics). I didn't quite mind physics II as much, except for electromagnetic waves that s*** was LAME.
I also hated my "Intro. to Judiasm" history class that I took for my humanities requirement. I think I was only in class 1/3 of the time and didn't read but one of our 7 books. 🙄
I sorta liked ochem...
Hardest class thus far was Cell Biology... the devil is in the details in that one... nothing like your fiance having a heart attack the night before the final (worth 1/3 of the grade) to really earn you a C.
Fave class: Crime & Delinquency (I'm a sociology / criminology major).
Fave science class: human anatomy w/cadaver lab 😀 I'm darky & twisty.

I loathed Inorganic Chemistry and Cell Biology.
Ironically loved the "harder" classes like Organic Chemistry and Physics.
Outside of the sciences, I liked pretty much every class I took, from philosophy to literature to art.

I'll throw a knuckleball into the thread:
Medicinal Chemistry.
Material itself isn't that bad, but throw in a completely subjective professor who will literally "Give you the mark I feel you deserve personally" at the end of the course; largely independent of actual knowledge.
That, along with the fact he demanded attendance and memorized class photos to know who wasn't in lecture and had lecture 3x a week at 8:30 AM, WOO WEE!

I remember someone telling me that linear algebra would basically be about solving linear equations disguised as a matrix ...this was the equivalent of telling someone that english lit. is about verbs, adverbs, adjectives. The concepts in this class are so abstract I found myself forgetting what I was trying to prove all the time...😕 Considering the many all the science majors that had to take this course im surprised it isn't a 'love-to-hate' on this thread
