To me, this looks like a terribly low resolution coronal MRI, and this is confirmed by the fact that it's a localizer image at 0.7T (according to the markup text).

The circled area could be anything at this resolution. You could hide a He-Man doll in that temporal area and I wouldn't be able to tell what it was.
