I have a lot of respect for attendings who keep it real. As a med student at a large urban academic place that run similarly as described in the video I always thought that anesthesia being thought of as a "lifestyle" specialty by med students isn't very accurate.

I want to pursue anesthesiology but seeing how its exhausting for people even as attendings scares me a bit.
