Definitely not outdated, lol. There may be a fact or two in there that might be different now with respect to treatments (nothing comes to mind at the moment), and there are probably a few pathologies here & there from different organ systems that have been put into newer additions of first aid since the deck was created that aren't in there, but I guarantee you that the drugs work the same, the high-yield pathology is the same, the micro is the same, the organ systems work the same, etc. Anything that isn't in Zanki is in UWorld & you can make your own cards for that (or a notes journal or whatever.)
lolnotacop is more comprehensive & the formatting is a little bit different, but 90% of the micro you need to know is in the salt/pepper deck & you'll get the rest from UWorld when you start doing that if you don't want to use lolnotacop.
