The second half of your list is more in line of the types of OOS schools that you should be looking at than the first half.
Lower stat schools does not mean higher chance of getting an interview in your case.
These schools that get 9k+ apps where you MCAT is >90th percentile are not the OOS types that target people with your stats(ie Drexel NYMC etc)
Your best bet is to look through MSAR and find OOS friendly schools that get <11k apps with an MCAT median around roughly 34-35(ie Ohio St, Miami, Einstein etc)
