your sGPA is a little low for most MD schools. If you score okay on the MCAT you will be fine for DO. To be competitive at MD schools with a 3.3 you would need to score 95th percentile at least but even then that GPA is going to hurt you. High MCAT, low GPA makes you seem smart but lazy. If you are okay with DO then take the MCAT and apply this cycle...you may still land an MD acceptance somewhere if you score well on the MCAT. But if you're dead set on MD I would wait and work on those grades. Also list out some of your ECs if you don't mind.
