3.6sgpa
Biology Major
2 years research (a paid summer, rest unpaid) but no pubs
1 and a half years working as a server
1 year hospice
150 hours shadowing with 1 surgeon
1 semester working with kids with developmental disorders
member of a cultural and premed organization
White not an URM. Different ethnicity though
LOR's are good except for one professor I expect to be average

Really? I was pretty devastated by the 29 considering my average was a 31. Thanks for the input
