MCAT: 506 in July
Residency: Ohio
Undergrad University: Small Liberal Arts

ECs:
- 4 year student athlete
-100hrs community service
-350 hrs as nurse aide
-1000 hrs as EKG Tech
-100 hrs shadowing
-minimal research experience

I have done plenty of research on my own, but I would appreciate advice as to what MD schools I should apply to.

I have very similar stats and experiences as you. Are you looking into DO at all? I have received a few DO interviews but haven't heard back from the MD schools yet. Here is a list of some I hear about frequently for stats like ours. Obviously apply to your state schools and look into schools that are private for OOS.
