female, california resident, 3.8sGPA at an ivy league school

Clinical Research 1.5 yrs
Bench Research summer internship
EMT 3 years
3 years Club Soccer team, co captain

wondering what my chances were in the UC system; particularly UCLA; what to aim for

With what you have listed, I would put you just slightly above the middle of the 5300 CA applicants. Since only about 850 of these will matriculate IS, you should include at least a dozen OOS schools that accept CA applicants like yourself. No one, however accomplished, can count on acceptance at any individual school.
No shadowing? Non medical volunteerism?
