If you haven't started by now then it is too late. You better start for April 07.

Seriously, it depends on how well you did on your pre-reqs.

It depends on how well you remember/know your stuff. I started studying mid/late June for the August MCATs and it was fine. Although, maybe if I had studied more/taken a prep class I would have scored higher.
