About ndeb equivalency

I am a dentist in Korea.
I have applied to ndeb equivalency.

My wife is also considering taking AFK this august but the thing is she is getting her diploma at the end of Feb. ndeb requires that all the document should be delivered 12 weeks earlier than AFK deadline, which in this schedule is 4th of March. if my wife prepare the paperwork as soon as she gets her degree and sends it to canada, I think the required paper can arrive around 10th of March. Do u guys think there is chance for her to take.AFK exam this August??? Or it is 100% impossible to get that chance.
Is there anyone who had this kind of experience before???

I don't think the deadlines are flexible, the documents have to reach before the deadline.

What if the documents reach after deadline? Does it mean that they will process it, but will consider them for the next attempt?
