Any Canadians doing fellowship in the USA?

I am a third year anesthesia resident in Canada now. I would like to do a CT fellowship in the states that does more volume than most spots in Canada. I am just curious if there are any Canadians on here now who went through the process. I don't have the ITE or USMLE, but we do the AKT.
