I applied to a medical school this cycle with a full intention to go. However, I have realized that I would no longer like to intend, due to some personal issues. I interviewed at this school recently and have had no decision made yet. Is there any drawback that would happen if I withdrew my acceptance? I wouldn't want them to spend any more time on my application. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The main drawback is that it could "burn your bridge" at this school and make them disinclined to interview you in the future. Of course it depends on your specific circumstances and why you are withdrawing--if you have a really good reason (i.e. something truly unforeseeable happened between when you interviewed and now to change your life circumstances), it's possible they could consider you in the future.
