Any suggestions for a good dictation service?

I am using Dragon with my EMR due to my poor typing skills. I have previously used a dictation service when I was hospital based but it wasn't on my dime. The increased efficiency and lifestyle improvement would probably be worth some extra $$ spent on a service. Does anyone have a recommendation? How much do you spend per chart on average for the service? I am hoping for some intelligence where they will merge dictation and templates as instructed. I hate charting and especially the time it is currently taking me to avoid cookie cutter BS notes.
