I did and it was awesome, but WAY more in-depth than needed for Step 2 (though still good for the exam). It's more easily tolerated if you actually enjoy IM and like the material and actually want to learn it rather than if you just want to get done with Step 2. I can actually say it helped me for Step 1 as well.

Also, it is incredibly long and will take quite a while to get through. I used to listen to an average of 20-30min a day for a few months (weekdays mostly, while driving) and I never quite got through its entirety.
