I'm in the process of applying for my first associate position after residency. It seems to me that most of my colleagues (and in the contract that I've received) have very, very little PTO (paid time off) - 5 days in a year to be specific. It seems like the norm with first year allopathic MD's is 3 to 4 weeks, which is quite a huge difference. Is this normal for a podiatrist or should I negotiate my contract?

Tell them to pay you per hour, those are tricky contracts, per hour is the objective way
