Just shoot out some emails to professors doing research that interests you. If that doesn't get you any bites you can try emailing residents and seeing if they could better direct you. You can call their program's residency manager (not the physician director) and ask for opportunities. You could also hit up Swedish, they're doing some pretty awesome research too and probably don't have the same flood of interested students.
