Can doctors outside US or not AAMC registered upload LoR to ERAS portal?

Hey everyone,

I just had a quick question. I did my med school in Europe, and I want to use 2 letters from my university. I did few rotations after my graduation at local hospitals, and I want those professors to upload letter for me to the LoR portal, instead of I uploading it myself (and hence compromising the validity of it).

Is it possible for them to upload? They are not AAMC registered or anything, and don't have AAMC ID. Can they just make an account and upload it for me? Also, please note, my University does not participate in the ECFMG web portal.
