What are my chances of getting into the following schools:
-Robert Wood Johnson Med
-New Jersey Med
-Columbia Med
-NYU Med
-Mt Sinai Med
-Temple Med

Here are my stats:
School: Rutgers University NB
Major: Biological Sciences
Awaiting approval for Honors Track which results in a Senior Thesis
Cumulative GPA: 3.86
Science GPA: 3.88
MCAT: ranging from 506-512 on practice tests; haven't taken the real MCAT yet

Professional:
Ophthalmic Tech/Scribe (3 years)
Orgo TA (1 year and on)
Robert Wood Johnson Research Assistant (1 year and on)

Leadership:
Lecturer for an Eye Disease Club (1.5 years)
Assistant Coach for my high school team (1 year)
Coordinator for Low Vision Support Group (2 years and on)

Extracurricular:
Rutgers Mens Club Volleyball (3 years and on)
Central Jersey Volleyball Club (2 years and on)
Independent Adult Volleyball Team (1 year and on)
Rutgers Envision/Eye Disease Awareness Club (3 years)
Rutgers Filipino Society (1 year and on)
American Medical Student Association (1 year and on)

Volunteering/Shadowing:
Scribe for Optometrist (primary care)/paid shadowing: 200+ hours
Medical Doctor Unpaid Shadowing: 100-120 hours
Volunteering at Local Hospital: 60 hours

What should my MCAT be ranging from in order to secure myself somewhere on my list? What aspects of my profile need improvement? What aspects are strong? Please critique my profile as honest yet as respectful as possible.

Come back with a real MCAT. Without one your chances are literally 0. It could range from 0-99 depending on the actual score

So what do you think my MCAT should be ranging from to be very competitive? Also, do you think my extracurriculars are competitive considering the durations? Should I do more research? What can I improve on regardless of the MCAT score?
